Return Policy

 

We offer any assistance required regarding the products purchased. However, if you wish to return or exchange it, we are happy to serve you.

Kindly note: In case you suspect that the package may have tampered before the delivery, you may reject it at the time of delivery.

We offer a 7-day return period from the date of delivery of the product. No questions asked !

The return shipment will be picked up from the place where the products were initially delivered, and our delivery partner will examine the products at the time of pick up.

Kindly return the products with the original packaging and bill. Please ensure that our delivery partner seals the package in your presence at the time of pick-up and Do Not forget to take the Return Acknowledgement slip from the delivery partner.

Refund of the amount shall happen once the package is received and examined. The mode of payment will be the original mode of payment only and no other channels. The refund details shall be emailed to you at the earliest.

Kindly note that return will not be possible in the following scenarios:

  1. Nose Pins and Toe Rings are not Returnable due to hygiene reasons.
  2. Any product not in its original condition;
  3. Any product that has been used or washed or soiled or is returned without non-tampered quality check seals/ warranty seals (wherever applicable);
  4. If it is determined that product is damaged while in your possession;
  5. The product is different from what was shipped to you;
  6. Product specified as non-returnable in the product details page.
  7. Product sold as combo/ sets cannot be replaced or returned individually.
